The Tennessee sublease agreement is applicable to a scenario where the current renter would like to lease the property they occupy to a third party. Now, for this to be achieved, the primary tenant must receive written permission from the owner/landlord of the premises. If approved, the sublessor may then draw up the contract with the agreed-upon terms and sign it along with the sublessee. (Note: Sublessor is still liable for the terms & conditions of the original lease agreement. It is imperative that they find a trustworthy subtenant that they feel will follow through with the arrangement.)
