The South Dakota commercial lease agreement documents the transfer of rights in regard to property that’s purpose is to station a company’s operation. Some elements of the contract are similar to what you would find in your standard residential lease, while others are specific to commercial real estate. This will include the predetermining of the property’s use, option renewal, and expenses (will it be structured in a gross, modified gross, or triple net format). If the lessor and lessee can settle on the details of the agreement, they can then transcribe the information to the form and sign the document to solidify the arrangement (all signatures should be performed while under the review of a notary public in order to certify the contract).
