Details that should be included within the form include; the length of time the tenant will reside within the dwelling, amount of the security deposit, and what the monthly charges will be. All conditions must be included within the content of the form and accompanied by both parties’ signatures. Once completed, each side of the transaction should collect a copy for their own personal records.
Rental Application – The landlord will usually request that the prospective tenant fill out a copy of this document prior to acceptance.
