• Drivers License
• Emission Compliance Form (for Phoenix & Tucson only)
• Insurance: Minimum levels are the following:
  • $25,000 bodily injury liability for one person and $50,000 for two or more persons
  • $15,000 property damage liability
• Lien Release: If there is/was a loan on the vehicle.
• Odometer Disclosure Statement (Form 96-0695)
• Original Title: From the previous owner.
• Title and Registration Application (Form 96-0236)

Out-of-State Purchase
