The Ohio Real Estate Power of Attorney is designed exclusively to permit another individual the ability to carry out transactions for the principal related to real property. With some of the more customary POA documents, a real estate option will be available, but with this particular form, it offers an array of various real estate actions that can be selected to further define the authority granted. To ensure that the instrument is legally sound, the conveying individual must provide the information of both parties, indicate which powers will be transferred, specify the term of the document, and sign it as proposed by law.
