The Iowa purchase agreement is a form that is generally distributed by either the seller or buyer’s agent during the course of real estate transaction. It documents the details surrounding the sale of a residential property, recording data such as the contact information of both parties involved, property location, purchase/offer price, and the amount of the earnest money deposit. In order to secure the contract’s legality, the authorized individuals must endorse the document within the designated areas.
Lead-Based Paint Disclosure (42 U.S. Code § 4852d) – Seller is liable to provide the purchaser with certain documents concerning lead-based paint if the housing was constructed any year earlier than 1978.
Seller Property Condition Disclosure Form (§ 558A.2) – This disclosure form must be fulfilled and delivered to the potential buyer before issuing or accepting an offer on the home.
