The Utah Revocation of Power of Attorney produces a legal mode to officially invalidate a previously granted power of attorney arrangement. When administering granted rights of agency to another, there are a number of methods to dissolve the assumed permissions. For those particular documents that do not indicate an expiry date or are classified as durable, the revocation contract can rescind the given controls. Fill in the form with the requested information from the primary contract as instructed. Signatures can be affixed with the assistance of a notary to verify the document’s finalization.
