The South Carolina Revocation of Power of Attorney originates a standardized written cancellation of a previously instated power of attorney agreement. When granting agency controls to an attorney-in-fact, there may come the point where the issued permissions are no longer need to be put in place. When an expiry date has not been reached or specified in an original POA document, the bestowed privileges can be reversed by revoking the rights with the provided form. To authorize the abrogation of the primary arrangement, complete the paperwork with the requested information and sign before a licensed notary and two (2) witnessing parties for formal verification purposes.
