Statute – Rhode Island Health Care Power of Attorney (§ 23-4.10)
Definition – “Durable power of attorney” means a witnessed document executed in accordance with the requirements of § 23-4.10-2 (§ 23-4.10-1.1(1)).
Signing Requirements – Notarization by a licensed professional or the witnessing of two (2) authorized persons required to enforce the accord (§ 23-4.10-2).
