The Delaware Real Estate Power of Attorney delegates powers to an individual related to real property dealings. For instance, if the seller of a property needs somebody to execute a sale on their behalf, they can designate them within this form to sign any necessary paperwork required to close on the home. The form can also convey powers related to real estate purchases, property management, and refinancing. If an individual favors this arrangement, the assignment can occur by appointing an agent, designating desired powers, and signing the instrument as the law demands.
