The Wyoming commercial lease agreement form is a customized document geared towards the renting of a property that will be used to facilitate a business operation, i.e. retail, company office, service center, etc. The individual/entity looking to house their business within the confines is referred to as the “tenant”, whereas the individual/entity who owns or manages the property is referred to as the “landlord”. Both parties must come to a compromise on the amount of rent that will be paid periodically, rights of use, and length of the occupancy. If these terms can be settled amongst all the participating individuals, they must then be recorded within the form and endorsed within the corresponding sections.
