The North Dakota commercial lease agreement is designated for transactions involving a landlord renting out their commercial space to a business entity (tenant). Commercial leases are more complex than rental contracts for residential property as there are more factors connected to the occupancy. The factors that need to be approached include the structure in which the expenses will be paid each month, dates of the lease’s term, and the purpose of the property’s use. If the parties can settle on these components of the contract (amongst others), then they may proceed by transferring the info to the form and supplying their signatures as needed.

(This contract offers two (2) sections where a notary public can sign off on the document confirming that they witnessed the endorsements of the lessor and lessee.
