The Arkansas month-to-month lease agreement verifies the guarantee for an individual to rent a piece of property for a signified dollar amount on a monthly basis. Upon endorsement, the form obligates the right of use of a home for a tenant in exchange for rent payments. The benefit of this particular contract is the ability for either party to opt-out prematurely with at least thirty (30) days of advance notice to the other party. It is recommended that any termination of the lease agreement be conveyed in the form of a written letter to the alternate party. Included in the paperwork is information detailing landlord/tenant names, property address, rental amount, and other provisions.
