State Laws

Minimum Termination: The landlord or tenant must provide at least 30 days’ written notice prior to terminating the lease (§ 18-17-704(b)).

Increasing Rent: There is no statewide cap on rent increases. The landlord must provide 30 days’ notice before increasing the rent.
