Definition – “Living will” means a document that contains specific instructions concerning an adult’s wishes about the type of health care choices and treatments that an adult does or does not want to receive (10 CRR-NY § 400.21(3)).
Signing Requirements – Execution of the agreement will necessitate the corroboration of two (2) sufficient witnessing parties (§ 29C-2981.2).
