The Wisconsin month-to-month lease agreement is designed for landlords and tenants who are not interested in an annual lease obligation. The term of the rental contract will renew each month and can be canceled at will so long as twenty-eight (28) days’ notice is delivered to the other individual(s). As for the content of the form, it requires the same data as your typical lease agreement. Elements of the agreement that will need to be determined prior to signing include the commencement date of the occupancy, amount of the rental payments & security deposit, and the identification of the available property. This will all become legally enforceable after the document has been endorsed by both of the parties taking part in the exchange.
