Arkansas Vehicle (OMV) Bill of Sale (Form 10-313)

An Arkansas OMV bill of sale (Form 10-313) is a written agreement that outlines the terms of a vehicle being transferred from one party to another. It becomes especially useful when the title does not fully reflect the details of the sale, and signatures from both sides help solidify the record. In most cases, registration should be handled within 60 days of the transaction.
