Real Estate Property Disclosure Statement (Residential Property)

A real estate property disclosure statement is completed by a seller when entering into a purchase agreement to disclose the condition of the property, including all material facts and defects. The seller remains ultimately responsible for verifying any facts mentioned and for verifying by conducting inspections.
