The Oregon boat (vessel) bill of sale form facilitates the exchange of property between two willing parties. Step 4 – Buyer(s) Information – The new owner(s) of the vessel must record the following personal details to the agreement:

  • New Owner’s Name (Last, First, Middle Initial)
  • New Co-Owner’s Name (Last, First, Middle Initial) (if applicable)
