The Nevada bill of sale form affirms the agreement involving the sale of a piece of property to a buyer for a predetermined financial sum. The filing registers the occurrence, taking into account the names and contact information of the involved parties, along with identifying information on the sold item and corroborating signatures. Both individuals can retain the form for future use to prove valid ownership or for tax purposes.
